The order of work

The First Steps
First off, you tell us about the event you are planning, and we tell you about our experience, our services, and our approach. We get a clear picture of your wishes regarding event style and format, and show you some examples. We outline the budget and share our first ideas. If our approach and your vision coincide, then we take on the project.

The Concept
We start working on the project. We sign a contract, you make a down payment, and fill out a special form. We draft the concept and make a selection of potential venues, hosts, décor, photos, videos, celebrities, etc.

The Start
The longest and most labor-intensive phase is writing the script, elaborating the unique features of your project, drawing sketches and diagrams, polishing out the details, confirming the menu, selecting the equipment, the décor, and a million other things. Once done, we set the budget.

The Coordination Stage
We take on managing and organizing all works on-site on the day of the event. We supervise the work of the contractors, resolve any issues, and maintain timing. We do everything possible to ensure that the event is picture perfect.
